We’ve had very good experiences with the Print Inspect System. Surprisingly high numbers of faulty sheets/boxes were identified. Not due to printing errors, but due to sheet issues like bending, fluting errors, and crashed edges.
The system plays a critical role in catching defects at the print stage, and in supporting our broader goals for a more efficient and high-quality production environment. Including future investments in inline printing machines.
